Leilani Anderson-Monroe, MBA is a Houston-based executive operations strategist, licensed real estate broker, and the founder of CEOess® — a business education brand built to help entrepreneurs automate, scale, and lead without burnout.

Born in Hawaii and rooted in Houston, Leilani brings over 16 years of experience across real estate, business development, and executive leadership. She holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and owns Home Living Solutions, a Houston-based brokerage she built from the ground up.

Today, Leilani's primary focus is helping licensed Texas real estate agents own their own brokerage through the Silent Broker Sponsorship — a model that allows agents to operate under their own LLC, keep 100% of their commission, and build real equity in their business without needing a broker's license.

Through CEOess®, she also works with women entrepreneurs who are ready to stop operating manually and start building fully automated, revenue-generating business systems. Her approach is direct, strategic, and results-driven — because structure creates freedom.

Leilani is also the host of the Boss Women Network Podcast and Leilani's Couch: 10 Minutes of Motivation, where she shares real conversations and strategic insight for women who move with intention.
